A bit of history... The O'Malley family has been involved in the restaurant and catering business for well over twenty years in the Cleveland Ohio area. Patrick and Tim's father, Walter O'Malley established The Red Lantern in 1981 in Cleveland's Kamm's Corners. Patrick and his brother Walter Jr. continue to operate this landmark restaurant to this day.Tim O'Malley has been the exclusive caterer to the West Side Irish-American Club since 1989 and is continually recognized for excellence in both food preparation and presentation. Patrick and Tim O'Malley decided in July of 2000 to combine their vast knowledge and experience in both the restaurant and catering business to form PT O'Malley Catering.
