	By Choosing a sit-down dinner, each course will be served promptly to your guests at their tables, offering them the chance to relax and enjoy each other's company uninterrupted. Your choice of a buffet-style dinner, the head table will be served directly by the wait staff, and the buffet tables will be arranged on both sides of the room to serve guests quickly.
